The gites are situated in the Loire Valley in a small village called Villeloin-Coulangé.

IF ARRIVING FROM A10 PARIS/BLOIS...

Take Exit17 from the Autoroute and follow the yellow signs for Limoges (if they disappear follow Châteauroux). This road takes you round Blois on its east side and south over the Loire. Keep travelling due south through Cormeray and Contres to St.Aignan. Cross the Cher and go round the town following the green sign that says ‘Limoges’. You will exit the town on the south side. Continue on this road, again due south, until you reach Nouans-les-Fontaines.

Take the right at the crossroads in Nouans-les-Fontaines towards Villeloin-Coulangé and Montrésor. After about 3.5 kms you will notice a few houses and an indication ‘Coulangé’; it’s very tiny, slow down! There is a disaffected church half hidden by trees on the right hand side and - to the left facing it – a very small road windy road without a signpost. Take this road and the entrance to La Grange des Prés is indicated on the left about 150 metres from the turn.

IF ARRIVING FROM TOURS...

From both the airport and St.Pierre des Corps train station take the A10 towards Saumur, Tours Sud etc. After 14 kms it joins the A85 where you take a péage ticket. Follow direction Vierzon. After 22/23 kms you exit the motorway at junction 11  and take the D31 direction St. Quentin/Loches. This road takes you directly through the centre of St. Quentin. Just on exiting the village you take a left turn onto a small road - the D764 direction Genillé/Montrésor. Turn left on reaching Montrésor and continue on the D760 to Villeloin Coulangé. Continue for another 1.5 kms and you will see a sign indicating Coulangé. There are a few houses with a disaffected church surrounded by trees on your left and a tiny road – half hidden – opposite on your right-hand side. Take this road and you will see La Grange des Près indicated after 150 metres on your left. You have reached your destination.

IF ARRIVING BY THE A35 from the east ...

Take exit 12 for St. Romain-sur-Cher and Noyers sur Cher/St.Aignan and continue east towards Noyers/St. Aignan. At the roundabout take a right over the bridge into St. Aignan and then follow the directions above as if arriving from Paris/Blois.

Please Note - if arriving at night when the church may be barely visible: there is a very tall orange lamp-post at the foot of our road (installed for the school bus). It's the only one between Nouans and Villeloin so serves as a very useful marker at times of poor visibility.
